Q: What is this crap?
A: OBSCURICA is a CDR nano-label with the mission of establishing a forum for experimental and adventurous musicians. To this end, we'll distribute a select array of hopelessly obscure but cult-deserving recordings to the discerning listener.

Therefore, Obscurica = a collection of incomprehensible, unnoticed items.

Q: CDR's? Are you serious?
A: Sure, why not? Technology should be the great equalizer. We cater to a very select audience. This will allow the greatest variety of releases, in small runs. Even Eugene Chadbourne deals in CDR's, so don't whine. Anyways, most packages come with the disc, a two page laser printed cover, and a heavy duty 7mil vinyl sleeve. They look nice enough, but more importantly sound great.

Q: How much are discs and how do I pay?
A: Most discs are $5.00. Shipping is $3.00 to the U.S. and Canada (First Class), or $6.00 to everywhere else (Airmail Letter Post). This is a single flat fee for ANY amount ordered! If you buy 1 or 100 discs at a time, it's just the one shipping charge. The more you buy, the more you save, nyuk nyuk nyuk.
PayPal is fastest and easiest for me, and will result in the fastest delivery.
Otherwise, if you live in the States you can send a money order or well-concealed cash. If you live outside the states, other than Paypal, I will only accept well-concealed cash.. no international money orders, please.
Please note that sending cash through the mail is at your own risk, but honestly I've never had a problem with it, it's always worked perfectly.
There will be an exception or two with some special items which are more bulky than a standard CD-R, or require more expensive materials, and will be priced accordingly.

A: My releases are all limited to the extent that they'll be available until such time as I decide this label business is a stupid waste of time and money and tell everyone to go fuck themselves.
